Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup spinach, blanched
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, julienned
- 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 eggs
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- Sesame oil and seeds
Instructions
- Cook the rice and keep warm.
- Sauté each vegetable separately in a little oil.
- Fry the eggs sunny side up.
- Assemble rice in a bowl, arrange vegetables on top, and place the egg in the center.
- Add a spoonful of gochujang and drizzle with sesame oil.
- Mix everything together before eating and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
