  1. Cook the rice and keep warm.
  2. Sauté each vegetable separately in a little oil.
  3. Fry the eggs sunny side up.
  4. Assemble rice in a bowl, arrange vegetables on top, and place the egg in the center.
  5. Add a spoonful of gochujang and drizzle with sesame oil.
  6. Mix everything together before eating and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
