Miso Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 cups dashi stock (or water with dashi powder)
- 3 tbsp miso paste (white or red)
- 100g firm tofu, cut into small cubes
- 2-3 tbsp wakame seaweed (rehydrated)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
- Heat the dashi stock in a pot over medium heat until warm, not boiling.
- In a small bowl, dissolve miso paste with a ladle of warm stock, then return to the pot.
- Add tofu cubes and rehydrated wakame. Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
- Turn off heat. Add sliced green onions on top.
- Serve immediately while warm. Enjoy your comforting miso soup!
