Pasta with Sausages
Ingredients:
- 300g pasta (spaghetti or penne)
- 200g sausages, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (400g) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add sliced sausages and cook until slightly browned.
- Pour in tomato sauce, add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Mix in cooked pasta until evenly coated with sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan if desired.
